Architectural Review

No building, fence, wall or other structure shall be commenced, erected or maintained upon any Lot, or patio or garage used in connection with any Lot after the purchase of any Lot, nor shall any exterior addition to or change or alteration therein be made until the plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials and location of the same are submitted and approved by the Architectural Committee. Note, we have additional information like religious items, security systems, etc. Please read the CCRs and two additional CCR resolutions* before requesting architectural review or making changes to the exterior of your home. Please send your completed Architectural Review form and accompanying documents to: SUBMIT FORM


Most contractors know that the city of Coppell also has code enforcement and often building permits are required.  Discuss this with your contractor.


* The additional resolutions are compliments of the 87th Texas Legislative Session.
